m Facial Scrub with Whitening (65g)

Dry or sensitive skin is characterized by tightness, fine lines, and sometimes, even flakiness.

Dry skin is lacking in both sebum (oil) and moisture (water). To the outside world it appears fine textured, transparent, fragile and patchy. People with dry skin often have flaky patches that resolve with proper moisturizing.

Chronic or severe dry skin problems may require a dermatologist's evaluation, but first you can do a lot on your own to improve your skin, including using moisturizers, bathing less and avoiding harsh, drying soaps. Exposure to the sun and air-conditioners also contribute to further depletion of dry skin’s much-needed water content.

People with dry skin should eat lot of raw food and drink at least 8 glasses of water per day. Make sure that you eat flax-seed oil daily. Flax seed oil is rich source of essential fatty acid like omega-3 alpha linolenic acid and omega-6 linoleic acid which are essential for healthy skin..

It is advisable to avoid animal fats, fried foods and spicy food.
